Cisco sues Apple for Trademark Infringement
Apple surprised many yesterday with the introduction of the iPhone scheduled to be released in June in the US. Another surprising thing is that Cisco currently holds the iPhone trademark and they released a product called iPhone in December. Many speculation were that they had an agreement. It doesn't seems like it's the case however and Cisco now sues Apple for trademark infringement. Apple will most likely have to deal a financial agreement or it will be forced to change the name.
